Place the chicken breast in the freezer for 30–60 minutes until slightly firm but not frozen solid. 2. Slice into thin, even strips (approximately 3–5 mm thick). 3. Lightly mist the air fryer tray with olive oil (optional, to prevent sticking). 4. Arrange the chicken strips in a single layer without overlapping. 5. Set the air fryer to 110°C. 6. Dry for 90 minutes, flipping the strips halfway through cooking. 7. Check that the jerky is firm and dry to the touch. If thicker, add extra time as needed. 8. Allow to cool completely before serving. 9. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
