#polcake #bibikkan #dushanisdiary #polcake #bibikkan #dushanisdiary #srilankancake රසම පොල් කේක් රෙසිපිය අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය රට ඉඳි 250g බේකින් සෝඩා තේ හැදී 1/2 නටන උණු වතුර කෝප්ප 1/2 පොල් 400g සීනි 250g උණු වතුර කෝප්ප 1/2 ලුණු තේ හැදී 1/4 සුවඳ කුඩු තේ හැඳි බාගයක් (කරද මුංගු 6, මහා දුරු තේ හැදී 1/4 කබලේ බැදලා අරගන්න, අවශ්‍යනම් කුරුදු කුඩු තේ හැදී 1/4) වැනිලා තේ හැන්දයි බටර් 100g සීනි 100g පාන් පිටි 100g බිත්තර 3 රුලන් 100 g(සුවඳ එනකන් කබලේ බැදලා ගන්න) බේකින් පවුඩර් තේ හැදි 1 කජු 50g පැණි කෝප්ප 1/4 අගල් 8 හෝ 9 පෑන් එකක 180C විනාඩි 45-පැයක් පමණ බේක් කරන්න (පැය බාගෙන් එලියට අරන් පැණි වක්කර නැවත විනාඩි 15 පමණ බේක් කරන්න.)
