With a homemade sail, a pair of skates, and a whole lot of curiosity, I headed out onto the ice to see if I could sail across the lake, do some ice fishing, and pull off a full Catch & Cook adventure. Once the wind picked up, this little ice skate sail build came to life — flying across the lake, exploring new spots, and finding the perfect place to drop a line. Before long, I hooked into a beautiful trout, brought it back to the ice, and cooked up a pistachio-crusted trout catch & cook right there in the cold — fresh, simple, and absolutely delicious.
