HidaMari Cooking(ひだまりクッキング)へようこそ。 このチャンネルでは、チョコレートや抹茶、季節のフルーツを使ったお菓子のレシピを中心に投稿しています。 ーーーーーー ひだまりクッキングのレシピ本「365日食べたい!ひだまりさん家の定番おやつ」 書店さんで見かけた方はぜひ手にとってみてくださいね。 こちらのリンクから中身もチェックできます↓ https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4046050950/ ーーーーーー こんにちは☺動画を見ていただきありがとうございます。 今日は、米粉で作るチョコレート味のカヌレのレシピです。 米粉なので冷蔵庫で一晩冷やしたりする必要なく、カヌレ生地ができたらしっかり予熱したオーブンで焼くだけ！外はカリッカリ、中はもちもちのカヌレが出来上がります♪ そして米粉カヌレの嬉しいポイントは、２日経っても外側のカリカリが楽しめること！ バレンタイン仕様にチョコレートガナッシュをデコレーションしてみました。余ったガナッシュは絞り出してトリュフにするのもおすすめです。 米粉を使わない場合は薄力粉で置き換えて、生地は濾してから冷蔵庫で一晩寝かせてから焼いてくださいね。 お酒を使いたくない場合はラム酒は抜いても大丈夫です。 カヌレ型はシェフメイドのカヌレ型を使っています。 ▷材料（６個分）： スイートチョコレート　３０ｇ 牛乳　２００ｇ 生クリーム　６０ｇ 砂糖　１００ｇ 米粉　５５ｇ ココアパウダー　８ｇ 全卵　１個 ラム酒　１５ｇ ■チョコレートガナッシュ スイートチョコレート　７０ｇ 生クリーム　４０ｇ ▷作り方： １．スイートチョコレート100gを細かく刻み、30gと70gに分ける。 ２．小鍋に牛乳、生クリーム、砂糖60gを入れて弱火にかける。混ぜながら60℃まで温める。 ３．スイートチョコレート30gに②の牛乳を少し入れ、チョコレートを溶かす。チョコレートが溶けたら残りの牛乳をすべて加えて混ぜる。 ４．米粉、ココアパウダーを振るって加え混ぜる。 ５．全卵を割り入れて、泡立てないようによく混ぜる。ラム酒はお好みで加える。 ６．オーブンを230℃に予熱する。 ７．型に油をまんべんなく塗る。 ８．⑤のカヌレ生地を混ぜてから濾す。油を塗った型に生地を均等にすすぎ入れる。 ９．230℃に予熱したオーブンで20分、200℃に温度を下げて30〜40分焼く。焼き上がったらすぐに型から取り出す。 Hello ☺Thank you for watching my video. Today's recipe is for chocolate flavored canele made with rice flour. Since it is rice flour, there is no need to refrigerate it overnight. Once the canele dough is made, simply bake it in a preheated oven! The canele will be crispy on the outside and sticky on the inside. And the great thing about rice flour canele is that you can still enjoy the crunchy outside even after 2 days! I decorated them with chocolate ganache for Valentine's Day. We recommend that you squeeze out the leftover ganache and use it to make truffles. If you don't use rice flour, replace it with cake flour, and strain the dough and refrigerate it overnight before baking. If you do not want to use alcohol, you can leave out the rum. The canele molds are chef-made canele molds. ▷Ingredients (for 6 pieces): 30 g sweet chocolate 200 g milk 60 g heavy cream 100 g sugar 55 g rice flour 8 g cocoa powder 1 whole egg 15 g rum Chocolate ganache 70 g sweet chocolate 40 g heavy cream ▷How to make: 1. Finely chop 100 g sweet chocolate and divide into 30 g and 70 g portions. 2. In a small saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, and 60 g sugar over low heat. Heat to 60°C, stirring constantly. 3. Pour a little of the milk from (2) into the 30 g of sweet chocolate and melt the chocolate. When the chocolate is melted, add all the remaining milk and stir. 4. Shake the rice flour and cocoa powder and add to the mixture. 5. Crack in the whole egg and mix well without whisking. Add rum to taste. 6. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). 7. Grease the mold evenly with oil. 8. Strain the canele dough after mixing it. Rinse the oiled mold evenly. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 230℃ for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200℃ and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
