My 'MY MATE VINCE' £750 SONY FDR-AX43 4K Camera Broken - Can it be Fixed?

My touchscreen has stopped responding on my expensive camcorder that I use for filming my videos. The camera is a SONY FDR-AX43 and if I can't use the touchscreen I can't operate basic features like changing from HD to 4K or deleting or watching back videos. Can it be fixed? I hope so!
