Add the baby corn, carrot, beans, cauliflower, and green peas. Boil until the vegetables are just tender, then drain and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add the roughly chopped onions and sauté until they turn light golden. Add Swaroma Ginger Garlic Paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy. Mix in Swaroma Kanda Lahsun Masala, Swaroma Turmeric Powder, and salt. Cook for another 2–3 minutes. Add a little water and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes. Switch off the flame, allow it to cool slightly, then blend into a smooth gravy. In another pan, heat a little oil and lightly sauté the boiled vegetables for 2–3 minutes. Pour the prepared gravy over the vegetables and mix well. Let it cook for 3–4 minutes. Add garam masala and crushed Kasuri Methi. Stir well.
