Hell Unleashed In Spain: Dozens Killed & Missing As Killer Wildfire Wreaks Havoc, Sparks Evacuations

As many as 12 people have been killed and 23 remain missing in southern Spain as firefighters battle to bring one of the country's deadliest wildfires on record under control. Andalusia's health and emergencies minister, Antonio Sanz, called it the "most devastating fire" in the region's history, saying most—or possibly all—of the victims may be foreign nationals. Four victims were found trapped inside a car. Sanz said they are believed to be of British origin, noting the vehicle had a right-hand drive. The wildfire comes amid a prolonged heatwave, with temperatures hovering around 40°C (104°F), fueling major blazes across southern Europe.
