Preserving Bison Meat in Desert with Rufo avoid famine

The bison is a massive land animal that was prized by primitive hunters for all the food and material resources that a single animal could provide. In this video, a full grown bison is butchered with prehistoric stone tools and divided among the tribe. In the desert, accompanied by Rufo, we cooked bison meat, ate raw bone marrow, and dried both meat and lung. I acquired part of the hide and salt cured it to use as a sleeping mat. Food preservation, especially protein and fat-rich foods is a key aspect of human survival in an ever-changing world.
