These lovely scones have a gentle spring color. Even if you can’t go out for cherry blossom viewing, you can still enjoy the feeling of spring at home. 🌸😊 桜パウダーを使った優しい色合いの桜スコーン。 春を感じられるとても可愛いスコーンです。 お花見に出かけられなくても、これでお花見気分~🌸 📌 材料はこちら ↓ ★English recipe is below★ ---------------------------- 【材料】 A: ・薄力粉 200g ・ベーキングパウダー 5g ・海塩 ふたつまみ ・グラニュー糖 30g ・桜パウダー 8g 生クリーム 200ml ホワイトチョコ 桜の花の塩漬け 水に10分ほどつけて、塩抜きをし、水分をペーパーで吸い取ってからつかう。 【作り方】 ①ボウルにAの材料を入れて、ホイッパーで混ぜる。 ②中央にくぼみをつけ、生クリームを加え、カードなどで混ぜる。 ③オーブンを190℃に予熱スタート。 生地を台の上に出し、生地を集め、真ん中で二つにカットし、重ね 生地を上から押す、これを3回繰り返す。 ④12cm×10cm角に成形し、12個に分割する。 ⑤天板に並べ、190℃に温まったオーブンで16分焼き、焼き上がったら網の上で冷ます。 ⑥冷めたら、溶かしたホワイトチョコを上に垂らし、その上に桜の花の塩漬けを乗せて出来上がり! 💡MEMO ・すぐに食べないときは、ホワイトチョコなどのトッピングはせずに、タッパーなどに保存します。食べる際はレンチンで軽くあたため、トースターで焼くと美味しく食べられます^^ 関連レシピ 【玉ねぎと黒コショウのスコーン♡バター少なめ】 https://youtu.be/t2zmchFGk50 お料理でのレシピ本もぜひよろしくお願いいたします。 📚レシピ本「ふたりごはん」扶桑社より発売中 Amazon:https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4594099327 【Ingredients】(Makes 9) A: ・200g Flour ・5gBaking powder ・2 pinches of salt ・30g Sugar ・8g Cherry blossom powder 200ml Heavy cream For Toppings: ・White chocolate ・Salt pickled cherry blossoms Soak them briefly in water to remove excess salt. Pat dry with paper towels before using. 【Directions】 1.Add the ingredients A to a bowl and mix with a whisk. 2.Add the heavy cream and mix until combined. 3.Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F). Place the dough on a work surface, gather it together, cut it in half, and stack the pieces. Press down gently. Repeat this process 3 times. 4.Shape the dough into a 12×10 cm square and divide into 12 pieces. 5.Place on a baking tray and bake in a 190°C (374°F) oven for 16 minutes. 6.Once baked, transfer to a rack and let cool. When cooled, drizzle melted white chocolate over the scones and top with salt-pickled cherry blossoms. Your sakura scones are ready!
