Esiste davvero una formula per la longevità?

🇮🇹Esiste davvero una formula per la longevità? È una domanda che l'uomo si porta dietro da millenni. Con @FordItalia siamo andati a cercare una risposta dove il tempo sembra scorrere diversamente: in Sardegna, una delle cinque Blue Zones del pianeta, tra le zone con la più alta concentrazione di centenari al mondo. A bordo di un Ford Explorer, abbiamo attraversato l'entroterra, raggiunto paesi che quasi non compaiono sulle mappe, ci siamo seduti a parlare con i centenari che abitano qui. E li abbiamo ascoltati. Più andavamo avanti, più diventava chiaro che la risposta non sta in ciò che mangiano, in ciò che possiedono o in come sono fatti. Sta nel modo in cui guardano la vita. La felicità non è un traguardo su cui fermarsi. It's a question humanity has been asking for millennia. Together with @FordItalia , we set out to find an answer where time seems to move differently: in Sardinia, one of the five Blue Zones on the planet, among the areas with the highest concentration of centenarians in the world. On board of Ford Explorer, we crossed the inland regions, reached villages that barely appear on maps, and sat down to talk with the centenarians who live there. And we listened. The further we went, the clearer it became that the answer doesn't lie in what they eat, in what they own, or in how they're made. It lies in the way they look at life.
