New Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV review

This is a fantastic PHEV. Plus more equipment for the money. And that's the crux here. The money. Because if you shopped for a PHEV SUV from a different brand you could literally save $30,000 for a similarly sized and specced option from China. $30K. That's a WHOLE OTHER CAR. So, is it good enough to justify the price? Maybe for some.
