Growing in your faith takes time, culture sells "get rich quick" and overnight success, but even Jesus grew in wisdom and stature. Maturity is a process. GUARDRAILS: spiritual disciplines like prayer, Scripture, community, and Sabbath that protect your heart (Proverbs 4:23) 3. GUIDE: theology, therapy, and community that keep you accountable (Proverbs 11:14) Roots determine your fruit.
