Anxiety tells you that worrying about it is changing it. It can't. In Week 2 of Fear-Less, Pastor Charles Metcalf breaks down how anxiety actually works, the spiral that starts with one regular moment and convinces you "it's probably nothing"… until you're running circles around fears that haven't even happened yet. But here's the shift: you don't fight the smoke. You follow it back to the actual fire, the real fear underneath the worry. And once you find it, you fight fire with a better fire.
