I’ve been using the Hilo blood pressure monitor for years — and it has genuinely helped me control and lower my blood pressure.
Now it’s had a major upgrade.
It doesn’t just monitor blood pressure 24/7…
It now tracks:
✔ Sleep
✔ Steps
✔ Activity
All inside the same bracelet.
For me, the biggest advantage has always been:
• Continuous blood pressure monitoring
• No “white coat syndrome” readings
• Real-world data instead of snapshot readings
And now having sleep and step tracking built into the same app just makes it even more useful.

As always — this isn’t medical advice. Just my honest experience.
BVRLA EV Crisis Deepens: 5-Figure Losses, Catastrophic Depreciation… Is Sale or Return the Only Way to Control Residuals?
I feel happy for the likes of R Symons, EV Experts, and the other EV Dealers who have persevered selling EVs with their own money, because i think if they keep doing so and dont let the leasing company sirens drag them on to the rocks with the offer of free EV stocking, then they will be able to wipe the floor with all the freebie EV competition who they will be able to undercut by miles, while offering a better service too!
Nothing Screams desperation like "Pay me when you Sell it" but thats the state of the EV Market, despite what the mouthpieces would have you believe, if you cant see this desperate cry for help for what it really is! They will be trying yto control residuals but the savvy EV sellers will source themselves and make the sale or return prices look like the joke it is
Description
The BVRLA’s own report contains some absolutely brutal admissions about the used EV market.
We’re talking 5-figure losses on disposal, catastrophic depreciation, and now a push towards sale or return through independent dealers.
So the obvious question is this:
Is sale or return really just the latest attempt to control EV residual values?
In this video, I go through the key claims, what they really mean for the trade, and why this could be a sign that the used EV market is under even more pressure than many want to admit.
Because if leasing companies are taking huge losses…
and if depreciation is still hammering values…
and if they now need independent dealers to help move the stock…
then this doesn’t look like confidence.
It looks like a market problem.
I also look at whether this is a genuine solution, or simply a last desperate throw of the dice to stop EV residuals falling even further.
What do you think?
Is sale or return a smart move?
Or is it just another way of trying to manage a used EV crisis?
