U.S. federal judge blocks Pentagon’s efforts to ‘punish’ Anthropic

A federal judge has indefinitely blocked the Pentagon’s effort to “punish” AI company Anthropic by labeling it a supply chain risk and attempting to sever government ties with it. The California judge ruled those measures violated the company’s first amendment and due process rights.
