Junior Taekwon-Do Patterns – Spot Turn in Do-San

In this excerpt, Miss Timperley explains the correct foot placement for the spot turn in the Do-San pattern. Using the mats as a visual guide, she shows that the foot should move to the midline between the feet and be drawn back towards yourself by approximately one foot length.
