Purview - how to run an end of retention workflow

How do you setup a workflow to run at the end of a document retention period? In this video I demonstrate how to setup a File Plan that runs a Power Automate workflow at the end of the document retention period. Why would you want to do this? It gives you much more flexibility around how approval to delete a document works, you can automate the approval process, send custom notifications and log information to a List to keep a record of the disposal process.
