The High Seas

The high seas sit beyond the control of individual nations and are a largely-unexplored world, abundant with marine life. The high seas face critical threats including bottom trawling, longlining, pollution and climate change. A Global Ocean Treaty can protect the high seas from these encroaching threats and offer marine life a place to recover and thrive.
