Neighbors shaken after gunfire erupts near Federal Hill, injuring 20-year-old man in car

A quiet Saturday night near the intersection of Federal Hill and the Riverside community was disrupted by gunfire that appeared to be aimed at a car, leaving one man injured and neighbors shaken. Video from the scene shows a white car, followed seconds later by the muzzle flash of what appears to be two guns as a bystander barely gets out of the way. After the shooting stops, two people can be seen running away.
