In the futuristic metropolis of Nouveau San Francisco, a cynical hero known as The Viper teams up with his unpredictable, rage-fueled pet companion, Kitty, to stop a dangerous industrialist from unleashing an environmental catastrophe. As the villainous Jackal pushes forward with a scheme that could trigger a pollution apocalypse, the unlikely duo must navigate danger, chaos, and their own explosive personalities to save the city. I was curious how I could combine 2D animation with this newly learnt 3D software. This evolved into a fully develloped short film, where anything seemed possible. I've always been a fan of world building and love the opportunity to construct an environment from scratch, and while trying to find a narrative to put in this newly created technical test, a small kitten was brought to the family home. Spontaneously, the family had adopted a small cat, and this became the obvious new hero of the project."
