Right from the start, the welcoming atmosphere stood out. The staff were efficient and genuinely attentive, making the whole visit feel relaxed and pleasant. I ordered their signature back fat green onion chashu ramen. Topped with plenty of fresh green onions and slices of chashu, it looked as good as it tasted. The portion size is quite filling, especially if you add gyoza on the side. The broth is rich and smooth thanks to the back fat, giving it a mellow depth.
