From what I saw myself without reading the patch notes, they added a few new songs, some DLC, and pets now actually work, & lots of new skins. There are also a lot of achievements to mess around with, and I think a few songs might have been changed. I compared it with my own video to see what felt different and shared what I noticed at the beginning. There might be more, but most of the songs feel mostly the same, with only a few feeling slightly different.
