Once you throw it on the ground, it'll start playing music and rocking back and forth. Until it blows up. If you are surrounded by hostile mobs, you can use it to escape by throwing it as a distraction. They'll follow it, until everyone blows up. Sometimes you might accidentally throw it inside your house, but since it's a mob, you can kill it to prevent it from blowing. But fail to kill it in time and your house will explode.
