Description
G'day everyone! Today is a massive milestone for the channel as we finally celebrate 100K CONFIRMED. We’ve officially received the Silver Play Button and I wanted to take a moment to thank every single one of you for the support. This journey started with a simple passion for old iron and seeing this plaque in my hands is a testament to this incredible community of gearheads and grease monkeys.
I know the biggest question on everyone's mind is always will it start, especially when it comes to the heavy hitters on the property. We’ve had some legendary moments asking will it start over the years, and that same curiosity is what drives every project we take on. Whether it’s a seized tractor or a buried truck, that moment of truth where we wonder will it start is what keeps us all coming back.
The star of today’s update is the one you’ve all been waiting for: Wally Wabco. I’m giving you an update on where we are with this monster. We are deep into the guts of that legendary V12 2-stroke supercharged Detroit Diesel and let me tell you, it is a sight to behold. Bringing a V12 of this scale back to life is no small feat, but we are making progress on the "Screaming Jimmy" to eventually find out will it start and dump 20+ years of ecosystem out the dump bin like it used to.
As we look toward the future of the channel, Wally remains our most ambitious project yet. Resurrecting a supercharged 2-stroke diesel requires patience and a lot of elbow grease, but the payoff of hearing those twelve cylinders fire up is the ultimate goal. Stay tuned as we continue the process. Thanks for being part of the 100k club, now let’s get back to work and thanks very much for watching.
