Feral Pigeon with Colourful Plastic Rings on Both Legs

A rock dove (aka rock pigeon; Columba livia, family Columbidae) with colourful leg rings perched on the electric cable, looking around the rice field. It had a yellow plastic ring on the left leg, and green and sky-blue ones stacked on the right leg. But it was too far for me to read the letters/symbols for identification written on the rings. So, it was a feral pigeon. Captured in the sunny midmorning (around 10:30 AM) of mid-October 2024 in Japan.
