On Thursday, April 9th, the restaurant will host “An Evening with Andis Wines,” a multi-course dining experience paired with selections from the sustainably focused winery. The event highlights not only thoughtfully curated wine pairings, but also a meaningful tie to Hawai‘i—Andis Wines cofounder and executive winemaker Janis Akuna is originally from Oʻahu.
