Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Doodh (Milk) 2 litres -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 7-8 -Khoya 250g -Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste -Badam (Almonds) finely chopped 2 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) finely chopped 2 tbs -Kewra water ½ tsp -Water 1 tsp -Food color of your choice 3-4 drops -Khopra (Desiccated coconut) ½ Cup Directions: -In a bowl,add milk,green cardamom & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes or until 25% milk is reduced & keep the milk on low flame. -In a wok,add khoya,mix well & cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes. -Add sugar,mix well & cook on low flame until light brown in color & sugar melts completely. -Gradually add 1 cup of boiling milk in it & mix well then add remaining boiling milk & mix well. -Add almonds,pistachios,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes. -Remove cardamom pods from milk & continue cooking on low flame until 25% milk is reduced & it becomes thick in consistency & light brown in color. -Add kewra water & mix well. -Let it cool at room temperature while stirring. -Transfer the mixture to a jug & refrigerate until chilled (2 hours). -Pour mixture in kulfi molds,cover with aluminum foil & insert ice cream sticks in it & freeze for 8 hours or overnight in freezer (makes 12). -In a jar,add water,food color & mix well. -Add desiccated coconut & mix well. -Sprinkle colored desiccated coconut on kulfi & serve!
