Spicy Creamy Coriander Chicken | Hyderabadi Coriander Chicken | Chicken Starter Recipe | Coriander Chicken | Hyderabadi Coriander Chicken Starter | Spicy Coriander Chicken | Coriander Chicken Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Coriander Chicken: (Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon) - Boneless Chicken - 450 gms thigh pieces cut into 1 inch chunks For marination: - White pepper-1/2 tsp - Salt-1 tsp - Corn flour- 3 tbsp - Maida (all purpose flour)- 1.5 tbsp - Egg- 1 no. - Oil-1 tbsp Other Ingredients: - Garlic, fine chopped- 2 tsp (15 gms) - Green chillies sliced -4 nos (10 gms) - Curry leaves- 20-25 (4 gms) - Coriander leaves, fine chopped -3/4 cup (25 gms) - Fresh cream -3/4 cup (around 175 ml) - Salt- pinch - Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp - Melted butter- 2 tbsp - Oil-1.5 tbsp Preparation: - Cut the boneless thighs into bite sized pieces and marinate with the items specified. Mix and set aside for around 30 mins. - Now drop the battered chicken pieces side by side in oil to not crowd the pan and not stir it for a minute. Stir and deep fry in oil on medium heat for around 8 mins till these are light brown in colour. Remove to a plate and then repeat for the balance. - Peel and fine chop the garlic cloves. - Fine slice the green chillies and take out the curry leaves. - Fine chop the coriander leaves. Process: - Heat oil in a wok and then add the fine chopped garlic, sliced green chillies and curry leaves. - Give a stir for a minute and then switch off heat. - Now add the fresh cream and give a stir. Next add the melted butter, black pepper powder & a pinch of salt. - Mix it again and then switch on heat on medium heat. - Keep stirring for a minute and then chopped coriander leaves, - Cook for 1 min and then add the fried chicken pieces. - Now mix and cook on medium low heat for around 2 mins till this coats the chicken pieces. - Garnish with 1-2 tbsp of fine chopped coriander leaves, mix and serve hot as a starter. #corianderchicken #spicycorianderchicken #chickenstarter #hyderabadichicken #spiceeats #spiceeatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken
