Join me for lunch in Madikeri, the heart of Coorg, to explore the flavours of Kodava cuisine! This time, I'm at Thaliya, a relatively new restaurant that's already making a name for itself in the local dining scene at just four years old.
From the Pandi Curry and the seasonal Baimbale (bamboo shoot) fry, we're diving deep into the classics. But the real discoveries here were the fiery Chicken Chidkan and the tangy, unique Mange Curry (wild mango curry).
