Description
Ingredients:-(7 inch cake tin)
125grm. Maida
160grm: powder sugar/castor sugar
35grm: Cocoa powder
3 grm: Baking powder
4grm: Baking soda
1 grm: salt
55grm: vegetable oil
2 Egg
3 tbsp. Milk
5 grm. vanilla essence
110grm . Hot water Mix with 1 tsp coffee
📌Methods To make Moist Spongy Soft chocolate Matilda cake:
1. line 7 inch cake tin with butter paper/ parchment paper.
2. Sieve Dry ingredients first in a separate bowl like Maida+coco powder +Baking powder +Baking soda +salt after a good mix keep aside.
3. In an another bowl add Eggs+Oil+powder sugar+Milk+Vanilla essence whisk until sugar completely dissolve & fluffy.
4. At this point we will preheat the oven at 170° for 15 Min.
5. After 8 min left to preheat process we will put dry mixture into wet mixture into two batches & mix well after that pour hot coffee mix into cake batter & Mix gently through cut & fold method or you can Simply mix with hand Whisker .
6. pour batter into cake tin & bake 45 to 50 min at 170 ° .
📌for Ganache:-
250grm: Dairy milk heart blush
245grm: fresh cream(Amul)
350grm: Dark compound Chocolate
(Heat fresh cream until bubbles come not boiling & pour into chopped chocolate & mix well . let it cool down at room temperature until 1 & 1/2 hrs )
📌Point to be Noted:-
1.After completely cool down cut it into 3 layers & spray sugar syrup .
2.Bake on lower rack not placed cake tin on Mirror plate (Microwave)
