Katie Brown woke up one night thinking she was just having bad period pains… and then gave birth to a surprise baby in the street. After calling paramedics for her intense stomach pain, Katie was struggling to the ambulance when she felt something drop into her pyjama bottoms - a 4lb baby boy!
