Aerobridge Replacement has started at the International Terminal

Brisbane Airport is undertaking a staged rollout to replace 20 aerobridges through to 2029, with each installation delivered in a live operating environment alongside active aircraft movements. This work requires detailed planning, precision engineering, and close coordination across project teams, operations and delivery partners. The arrival at Gate 84 marks the second aerobridge delivered so far, with installation and testing progressing on the first aerobridge at Gate 77.
