Ingredients:
Cube 1/2 kilo Chicken
1 tbsp chilli powder
1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt
1/2 tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 beaten egg
1. Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Corn flour and coat well
3-4 Potatoes and slice to semi-thick discs
1/2 cup Maida
1/3 cup Corn flour
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt
1/2 beaten Egg
Gradually add Water and whisk well to semi-thick slurry
Stuff the Chicken in an aloo slice and insert the toothpick.
Dip the Bangla Kodi in Slurry and drop in hot oil.
Fry the Kodi only on medium flame until bubbles disappear
2 sprigs Curry leaves
sprinkle Chaat masala
