Lehsan Adrak ka Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste): 4-5 tbsp
Surkh Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder): 1.5 tbsp
Kuti Laal Mirch / Dara Mirch (Crushed Red Chilies): 1.5 tbsp
Kashmiri Laal Mirch (Kashmiri Red Chili Powder): 1 - 1.5 tbsp
Ajwain (Carom Seeds): 2 tbsp
Tartri / Citric Acid (Tartaric Acid / Citric Acid): ½ tsp
Bhuna aur Kuta hua Zeera (Roasted & Crushed Cumin): 1 tbsp
Sabz Mirch ka Paste (Green Chili Paste): 2-3 tbsp
Namak (Salt): 1.5 tbsp (hasb-e-zaiqa)
Gaarha Dahi (Thick Yogurt): 2 tbsp
Safaid Sirka (White Vinegar): 2-3 tbsp
Cooking Oil: ¼ Cup
