Madeira Island: Crazy Road Trip Begins | Portugal Ep 2

Hello ji, Welcome to Ep 2 of our Europe Trip. In this episode, we begin our roadtrip from Funchal towards Porto Moniz. We visit the most popular sunrise point at Pico De Arieiro only to discover that all major treks are closed due to landslides and forest fires. But the viewpoint was still incredible. Then we visit the Valley of Nuns, a drive not for the faint-hearted, but absolutely thrilling & enjoyable. We then head to the west most city of the island - Porto Moniz, soaking in the beautiful views of the island on the way. Car Rental - We rented the car through Rent X (booked through Discover cars). It's a Mini Cooper Convertible, and it was in excellent condition. It was around 50 euros/day. Will give more details about it in next video.
