Bleeding from the top of the head can be tricky to manage. This technique helps you secure a dressing properly and keep it in place. 1️⃣ Protect yourself, wear gloves if available 2️⃣ Place a sterile dressing directly on the wound 3️⃣ Use two bandages:  • One goes around the head continuously  • The second is fixed after the first wrap and then guided over the top of the head at a 90° angle, back and forth 4️⃣ Continue until the dressing is fully secured, then fix the bandage in place This method keeps pressure on the wound and prevents the dressing from slipping, even on difficult areas like the top of the head.
