INGREDIENTS:
12 kombu (rehydrated)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp cane sugar
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp white sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Lay out the kombu on top of each other. Then, roll them up and very carefully slice into thin strips. Place the kombu into a mixing bowl. Rinse and drain with some cold water
2. Add in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, cane sugar, and toasted sesame oil. Mix and plate. Sprinkle over the white sesame seeds to serve
