کار قیرریزی سرک کنر - نورستان آغاز شد وزارت فواید عامه کار قیرریزی لات اول و دوم سرک کنر - نورستان به‌طول ۲۲.۵ کیلومتر را آغاز کرده است. محمد اشرف حق‌شناس، سخن‌گوی این وزارت گفته است هزینه لات اول این پروژه ۵۸۰ میلیون افغانی و هزینه لات دوم ۲۹۶ میلیون افغانی است. به گفته حق‌شناس، در امتداد این سرک ساخت ۳۵ پلچک و بیش از ۳۵۰۰ متر دیوار استنادی نیز در نظر گرفته شده است.
