We Messed Up Our Van Floor… So We Had To Fix It - Van build

In this episode of our van build, we realised our wooden floor didn’t fit properly… so we had no choice but to pull it back up and fix our mistake. After spending so much time preparing the floor, cutting the wood, painting it, and getting everything ready, we thought this part of the build was finally done. But once we put it in the van, we quickly realised it needed more work. So we took the floor back out, re-cut the areas that weren’t fitting properly, added more Armaflex underneath, and then finally glued and screwed the floor down into place. This was one of those frustrating van build days where nothing goes perfectly, but every mistake teaches us something.
