POTATO TOMATO EGG BREAKFAST 🍳🥔 | 3-Ingredient Budget Ulam Recipe! May patatas, itlog, at kamatis ka? Meron ka nang masarap, malasa, at sulit na almusal o ulam! Try this super easy one-pan dish na perfect sa mainit na kanin, pang-breakfast o kahit pang-ulam! ✅ INGREDIENTS: 3 potatoes (peeled & cubed) 3 tomatoes (cubed) 1 large white onion (diced) 4 eggs 1 ¼ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp seasoning granules (or asin, panlasa mo) 2 tbsp cooking oil ½ cup water Extra onion slices for garnish (optional) 👩‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE: Prep the Ingredients Peel and cube the potatoes. Cube the tomatoes and dice the white onion. Sauté the Base Heat oil in a pan. Sauté tomatoes first to release flavor. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add the potatoes. Season & Simmer Add pepper and seasoning granules. Mix well. Add water and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add the Eggs Create 4 small wells in the pan. Crack 1 egg into each well. Cover and cook on low heat until eggs are cooked to your liking. Garnish & Serve Top with fresh onion slices.
