Veterinarian Aoi Takahashi (Nijinohashi Spey Clinic) and Director Kikuchi (NICOX Co., Ltd.) are on a mission to build a new "Veterinary Infrastructure." They are accelerating the creation of a system where proper spay and neuter surgeries are accessible no matter where you are in the country. In the second half, we feature a dialogue with Director Yamamoto of Tokyo Cat Guardian. They discuss the critical shortage of veterinarians, early spay/neuter practices, and the roadmap toward achieving "Zero Culling."
