Smash Burger Taco

Finally trying this out, and it did not disappoint. Busted up my thumb today @rgclarksville while rolling, so things got a lil sideways in the kitchen. The burnt edges are our little secret though right? 😏 Ingredients: 2, 4oz beef patties (80/20) 2 corn tortillas Salt and pepper Spicy Mustard: 1 egg yolk 1/3 cup avocado oil 2 tbsp yellow mustard 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp malt vinegar Shredded romaine Sliced white onion Korean Chili Flakes for garnish
