A tiny puppy was found in unbearable pain… his entire back skin had sloughed off, and no one knew the reason. When RRSA India received the call, the rescue team rushed immediately to save his life. His condition was critical, but they didn’t give up. They carefully stitched his exposed skin and shifted him to the shelter for urgent treatment.
