This Fishing Trip Went Horribly Wrong

I debated even uploading this one. No giant fish. No heroic ending. No “limits by 8 AM” fishing story. Just a small boat, changing conditions, bad luck, and the reality of what fishing is usually like. Sometimes you put the time in, make the drive, burn the fuel, work the gear… and go home empty-handed. That’s fishing. Still, there’s something about being out on the water that makes even the bad days worthwhile. The river was beautiful, the boat ran great, and I learned a few things for next time.
