US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth warned that US military operations in Iran are "about to surge dramatically". Speaking at a press conference on Thursday from US Central Command, he said the mission would "advance decisively," as the conflict in the Middle East continues to intensify. "If you think you've seen something, just wait," he told reporters. Meanwhile, airstrikes launched by Israel pounded the capitals of Iran and Lebanon on Friday as the latest conflict in the Middle East entered its seventh day.
