Marcos visits pre-cast plant in Rizal; marks DHSUD anniversary President Marcos led the ceremonial launching of a facility that will produce cost-efficient and sturdy prefabricated housing components. The Megawide Pre-Cast Technology Plant in Taytay, Rizal will enable the faster construction of quality housing units. This is under the administration’s expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program.
