In this magical episode of Mako: Island of Secrets, Nixie meets a sad young boy near the ocean and tries to cheer him up with a special shell made by Sirena. What begins as a small act of kindness soon connects to a much bigger event. On the night of the full moon, Jack is affected by the powerful moonlight and is drawn toward Mako Island. Unable to control the strange force pulling him, he enters the mysterious cave and activates a glowing portal. Inside, Jack discovers the ancient trident and tries to lift it. Lyla and the other mermaids rush to stop him. When Lyla grabs the trident, a powerful electric shock throws them all out of the cave.
