CHIMICHURRI INGREDIENTS: 1 cup flat leaf parsley 2 pieces garlic 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/3 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp flaky salt pinch chili flakes pinch dried oregano 1/2 tsp smoked paprika CHIMICHURRI DIRECTIONS: 1. Finely chop the flat leaf parsley and place in a mixing bowl. Grate in the garlic. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, flaky salt, chili flakes, dried oregano, and smoked paprika. Stir to combine TACO INGREDIENTS: 1/2 onion 1 avocado 1 tsp avocado oil 1 bag frozen steak tips (by Beyond Meat) 6-8 corn tortillas TACO DIRECTIONS: 1. Dice the onion and mash the avocado. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium high heat. Add the avocado oil followed by the frozen steak tips. Sauté for 5-6mins stirring frequently 2.
