On June 22, 1977, two women stopped for the night in a campground after a long day of biking. Although it was a little more secluded than their usual stops, it seemed like a beautiful place to sleep. However, as night fell, both women started to get a terrible feeling, like something bad was going to happen, but they both ignored the feeling because of how exhausted they were. This would end up being a terrible mistake, and what would happen next would be one of the most disturbing things in Oregon state history.
