This workout format is 3 rounds of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest after each exercise and your job is to really double down on how you focus on on side of your body because we are doing one side of your lower body entirely and THEN switching to the other! From hip extension, hip abduction, and sagital plane exercises like squats, we are hitting the glutes with exercises the maximize your gains while adding in the component of single side volume! I used anywhere from my 15 to my 35lb dumbbells so grab your weights and let's move!
