UBC study finds 36% of B.C. kindergarteners struggle in key areas of development

Kindergarteners in B.C. are entering school with challenges in one or more core areas of development at the highest rates ever recorded in the province. The finding is contained in new research from the Human Early Learning Partnership based out of UBC’s School of Population and Public Health.
